Welcome, I’m Lisa!
Before I had the words for it, I already knew that healing happened from the inside out. But it was my own diagnosis with a pituitary tumor, followed by chronic Lyme disease, that stopped me in my tracks.
Those moments pushed me deeper inward toward my body's quiet wisdom, and ultimately toward the plants, the stars, and a completely different way of understanding health. I immersed myself in apprenticeships in herbalism, botany, and energy healing—and now, I use those same tools to help you translate the signals your body is sending.
